Bases for brooms and brushes<\/p>\n

In our company
\n S.Dini<\/strong>
\n<\/a> we are engaged in the design and production of plastic broom and brush bases.<\/span><\/p>\n

The items are processed<\/strong> by following injection molding techniques, through which molten plastic material<\/strong> is injected at high pressure into a special mold<\/strong>, usually made of steel<\/strong>, and as it cools it solidifies, giving rise to the product.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every day we are engaged in the production of very large quantities of both broom<\/strong> bases and brush bases<\/strong>, which will then be completed with bristle assembly by our customers and finally placed on the market.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a> includes different types of bases to comprehensively meet the demand for convenient<\/strong> and functional<\/strong> household cleaning<\/strong> products<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Materials for making broom and brush bases<\/h2>\n

The materials used are strong and lightweight: polypropylene (PP)<\/strong> can be used alone, with the advantage of having excellent strength, or in combination with thermoplastic rubber (TPE)<\/strong> with high thermoplastic and elastomeric properties.<\/span><\/p>\n

TPE<\/strong> is in fact an excellent alternative to silicone.<\/span><\/p>\n

The advantage of its use is in its softness, affordability and ease of production. <\/span><\/p>\n

However, it has slightly lower strength than polypropylene<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

We also have in production items made exclusively of polyethylene (PE)<\/strong>, the simplest of polymers and the most common of plastics.<\/span><\/p>\n

On some specific items such as the Vision<\/a>, you can choose to apply a custom decoration directly at the molding stage.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this case, the design options are totally at the discretion of the client<\/strong>, who can range from geometric designs, to patterns, flowers, and any other image he or she wishes to represent.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
